Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer with a passion for delivering scalable and innovative solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to design, develop, and deploy critical Salesforce applications for CASE Deutschland GmbH or clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications based on project requirements and business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, implementing them when beneficial to the business.
  • Handle advanced administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Ensure high levels of data quality, performance, and security.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations, workflows, and processes.
  • Offer support to users, assisting with troubleshooting and promptly resolving issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficient with APEX, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning is a plus.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
