Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Robotics and Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, maintain, and improve robotic systems and automated production lines. Your work will be instrumental in integrating AI technologies to enhance robot functionality and adaptability, ensuring that our production processes are both efficient and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
• Design & Development:
Develop and implement innovative robotics solutions for automated production lines. Design and program robotic systems to meet evolving manufacturing needs.
• System Integration:
Integrate advanced AI algorithms and machine learning models to enhance robotic functionalities, enabling real-time decision-making and adaptability.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Oversee routine maintenance of robotic systems. Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Process Optimization:
Analyze system performance and production data to identify improvement areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and streamline operations.
• Collaboration & Project Management:
Work closely with IT, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless system integration and effective project delivery. Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all robotic systems and automated processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Develop and implement safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in robotics system design, automation, and integration within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning integration in robotic applications.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems, sensor technologies, and real-time data processing.
• Experience with simulation tools and CAD software for designing robotic systems.
